“tiny me” a photo from another time

his is the first official post on lemonlightning.com!
I’m not afraid to admit that the development stage took a ridiculous amount of time to complete. I learned a lot in the process though, and I’m very happy with the end result. I think it was worth the wait.
WordPress is the open source publishing platform at the heart of the site and Cutline is the backbone of the design. Both components have great community support and that was a huge help on more than one occasion.
The site credits list the other resources that make everything else possible.
So, what’s the point of this site?
In November 2007, I gathered all of the tiny drawings and scraps of paper I collected over the years and scanned them into the computer. In short, I have a huge backlog of images that require my attention.
I started lemonlightning as a way to revisit the many thoughts & ideas I left unfinished over the years and to inspire myself to move forward with new projects.
As for the name, well, let’s just say it’s one of the things that turned up on a scrap of paper.
